You cannot come to class and then make up your own WOD because you don’t like the one on the whiteboard.
This is CrossFit. We work out as a group. Everyone does the same workout.
This is the WOD.
It’s been programmed this way for a reason.
You’re welcome to scale as needed or ask for a modification to accommodate injuries, but we don’t swap burpees for snatches simply because you don’t like burpees.
If you don’t want to do the WOD come back for open gym.
Otherwise, kindly do the WOD.
